POLYTRAK® systems are supplied and expertly installed to the highest standards in the industry. The cast in place systems utilise rubber granules mixed on site with polyurethane binder applied with special mixing equipment and paving machinery. POLYTRAK® systems provide excellent dimensional stability, tensile strength and adhesion to the substrate, a combination that ensures long lasting performance and durability.
The typical wearing surfaces of all our POLYTRAK® systems comprise a self-levelling polyurethane coating with EPDM granules broadcast into this compound to produce the surface texture; alternatively a structural spray coating can be applied. The topping is permanently bonded to the base layer and is designed for heavy-duty use over an extended time. The uniform and seamless running surface is ensured and maintenance requirements are reduced to a minimum.

POLYTRAK® SYSTEMS
FULL POUR system
POLYTRAK® Full pour system is a high performance system designed to meet the most exacting standards of international competition to World Athletics regulations. Cast in place with two layers of SBR rubber mixed with 50 % elastic polyurethane flood coat and finished with a topping of coloured EPDM granules broadcast onto the polyurethane compound.
SANDWICH system
POLYTRAK® Sandwich system provides good force reduction and is constructed on a cast in place base mat of rubber crumb applied with clear polyurethane binder. The base layer is sealed with a combination of micronised rubber and polyurethane, with a final topping of coloured EPDM granules broadcast onto a flood coat of polyurethane compound.
SPRAY COAT system
POLYTRAK® Spray coat system provides a highly cost effective solution utilising a structural spray comprising polyurethane compound and fine EPDM granules, applied to a cast in place base of rubber crumb and clear polyurethane binder. This system provides an economical solution for institutional, recreational and field training facilities, with a textured final surface.

POLYTRAK® systems are manufactured exclusively at our purpose built facilities to World Athletics standards. We have our own testing and development facilities, which allow our customers to benefit from a programme of continuous improvement.
To guarantee our polyurethane flexible flooring systems excel across a wide range of applications, we have developed ‘state-of-the-art’ manufacturing facilities to maintain product quality and integrity throughout the design, manufacturing and supply process.
And our unique ‘single source supply’ for EPDM granules and polyurethane binding agents, means that we can take responsibility for every stage of production and delivery, a total commitment to quality and traceability throughout.
