unfortunately, our company’s externally operated web shop fell victim to a cyber-attack on October 27, 2025. Our IT service provider immediately took the web shop offline and checked it with the help of cybersecurity experts. We are confident that the quick response of our IT experts prevented more serious damage.

As the attack took place within a relatively short time frame, it is unclear to what extent our customers’ data may have been stolen. However, as a data leak cannot be ruled out, we have informed the Data Protection Authority in Lower Saxony and other data protection authorities at our European locations as a precautionary measure. The data that may have been affected includes last name, first name, customer number, contact details, and certain contract-related information.

As a precautionary measure, we would like to point out that the attackers may use and misuse any stolen data for phishing attempts, identity theft, or fraud. If you receive emails, WhatsApp messages, voice messages, or other messages that seem suspicious to you, do not disclose any sensitive information.

Further investigation of the incident will be completed shortly. We will rebuild our web shop and put it back into operation as soon as possible.
