❓ What do you like most about your work?

“As Finance Manager, I can say the parts I like most about my role are:

🔹 Problem-solving: Every day brings different challenges – fiscal issues, analyzing financial performance accounting, cash flow and treasury management for Italy, cost control and optimization.

🔹 Project Management: I was proud to contribute to the SAP Roll-out, creating detailed project plans, setting timelines, and coordinating milestones to ensure a smooth integration.

🔹 Cross-department collaboration: Finance touches every part of a business, from HR to Operations to Sales. It’s fulfilling to work with so many teams, especially with my PLIXXENT colleagues in the other countries and understand the company holistically.”

❓ What are you looking forward to in the future?

“Continuous learning: Economic conditions, tax laws, and financial technologies are always changing. A finance manager has to keep learning, which keeps the work fresh and dynamic, especially in the PLIXXENT economic world.” 📚
